End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Golden Molar Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of our website, digital products, and services available through goldenmolar.com (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software or technology used in our Services
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on our Services
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our Services without our written permission

3. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are the property of Golden Molar Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User content

If you submit any content through our Services (e.g., contact form submissions, reviews, or other communications), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with operating our Services. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Molar Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
